Buddy of mine went into Barnes and Noble after hitting the cigar bar. My buddy open carries which is cool I don't as I tend to frighten the leaf eaters around here. They had a JBT at the entrance of B&A, as we were leaving he with his Stephen King book me with my two Robert Conroy books. My buddy asks the JBT if this was the detail they give to all the nerd cops.
The JBT smiles and says that it is were they send guys to get hit on by bored housewives. He then asks what type of holster my buddy as XD in. He then asks how much it was trying to pretend like he was interested in buying one.....
I saw right through it and interrupted my buddies conversation with him. "Are we being Detained?!?!?!?!?!?! " He tried to look at me all confused like I couldn't see through his ruse and said "uh......... you guys walked up to me, I don't get it?" I repeated my question and added that I'd like to have an attorney present for my interrogation. The JBT looked at me sideways and said slyly trying to maneuver for room... "Sir I haven't asked you anything, are you OK?"Then I realised how slick this JBT was because he made my buddy ask "Hey dude did you just stroke out or something?" I returned my attention to the JBT and Demanded "AM I BEING DETAINED?"
The JBT Replied "No sir you are still not being detained."
I saw where he was trying to go with this so I asked him "Am I free to go?"
He looked at me like I had just sprung a turgid phallus from my forehead and slyly said. "Uh.............. Yeah."

So I combat rolled out of the book store, in the process some old lady pepper sprayed me.
