+ Pork coated in paprika, smoked paprika, S&P, and some cayenne because I like heat. Brown in batches (sigh) then set aside 
Onions and a bit of stock to deglaze, could have used a PU instead of stock probably 
Back in with the pork, more of the same spices, and some tomatoes (not shown). Into a preheated oven until I think it should be done, or the beer gets low, or a 14er gets banned. First two out of three. 
Why the bay leaf? I don't know, it just seems to be something that you are supposed to use.

Tough crowd
Cooking continues in the oven, meanwhile green stuff is ready to steam with butter and lemon in the bowl. Noodles are ready to noodle, and although I am capable of making these from scratch you guys are not worth it.
