Holy shitty website layout.  What is this, 1998?  Who puts light blue text on a dark blue background?  My eyes.

Getting to the forms just hurt my brain.

It's basically: "Give us a record of all your shit."

People need to just say no, fuck you.

Most people here know that the new law affects ARs, some know if affects magazines, few know that it affects .22 magazines.  I think there will be a lot of people failing to comply by accident.  The forms are not that easy to find either.

Most people were surprised at the new requirement that you need a pistol permit, long gun certificate (which is new) or an ammunution certificate (new as well) to buy ammo.

Seriously..... that is super fucked up.

Making more criminals by the day, until everyone is a criminal and no one has any rights left.

They could get form 4473 from the files of the local sporting goods store.

Shall we flood them with fake applications?

I don't plan on visiting CT ever.

So they require a permit to purchase any gun?  Costs over 100 bucks and takes how long to process?

How much do they charge folks to exercise other constitutional rights in that Fucked Up State???

There's an idea.

And holy fuck, fuck that. What will they get, 5% compliance? The goal is truly to make all gun owners criminals, whether purposefully or by accident, then they can cherry pick the ones they don't like.

Enjoy your inevitable confiscations, CT.

Edit: I love how they tell you to type your information on the forms and then fail to supply fillable PDF files.  Government strikes again!

Edit2: Holy shit, these are just Word documents printed to PDF.

It's easy. Have a sell-out Republican write the bill and have a Democrat super majority vote on it using emergency certification (4 months after the so called "emergency" took place), and then have a Democrat governor sign in happily, saying "This is the first step we are taking to combat gun violence".

That's how.

Then, everyone with finished 80% lowers decides that they want to register them, and starts 50 bajillion threads in hometown forum about how to register a lower w/o a serial number.
