This isn't going where I thought it was. 
I love it that somebody on ARFCOM actually knows the difference between Affect and Effect, and noticed that I use it correctly. But let me tell you...on a bad day, I might make damn near any grammatical error. It frightens me to see what gets by me and actually gets into print.

Let's just say everyone is a different piece. If you turn it the right direction you get a beautiful picture.
Like a puzzle. They will fit themselves in to a certain extent. You just need to know where to place it. They will find their way. You would find natural alliances of welcoming people and would say hang with them and they had instant friends. Anyone see a parallel here? Everyone is different and has a specialty.
