I saw a cheetah make a kill about 200 yards away from me in Kenya. It went from lying down to full sprint before I even saw it stand up! One of the coolest things I have ever witnessed.

Awesome animal for sure.
But even with it's speed and handling characteristics only half of the chases, which last from 20 to 60 seconds, are successful. |

Wow. Go to the 2:45 mark and watch how freakin' fast the cheetah accelerates to gain on the rabbit after making the turn. Unbelievably fast.

Red Victor 3 In mid-2011 performance specs for the still in production RedVictor3 were released by VXR. It uses an 8.8L Twin Turbo engine producing 3000 hp at the rear-wheel. Red Victor Racing predicts 1/4 mile times around 6.5 seconds at 240 mph, and 0-153 mph in 4.8 seconds. Red Victor 3 will still be street legal, and use pump-gas on the street.[1] Thus it will be quicker than Larry Larson's '66 Nova, which recently trumped Red Victor 1 as the fastest street legal vehicle.
