I am so sick of this shit. The fucking glass was made for 12 ounces of life giving beer!!!!!
This is America, damn it.
That niggardly ounce shaving is some kind of pinko commie conspiracy to reduce our intake of God's intended beverage.

Did Tony Montana want LESS coke on his desk? No
Did Dolly Parton want less titty? No
Do we want 11.2 ounces of beer, 14 ounces in a "pound of coffee" or more air in a bag,of chips?

Are you talking about Guinness? I always thought the 11.2 oz was to make up for the volume taken up by that plastic CO2 canister in it, but now they don't use those anymore and its still 11.2.

11.2oz means your getting real european beer. All their bottles are either 250ml or 330ml (11.2oz) American beer is 355ml (12oz)

you can get your beer in 1/4 liter (250ml) 1/3 liter (330ml) or half liter (500ml)

Then I noticed they replaced my beer with "biere".

I actually wrote to Guinness complaining about it; they sent a PR laden canned response. The only result was that I felt like a cranky old guy yelling at kids to get off his lawn.
