People are pissed...I have hope that this whole thing will back fire on the gun grabbers. If we can sweep the midterms we need to go on a full blown pro 2A assault via legislation. By this I mean repeal the gun laws on the books. If the iron is still hot I could see us getting legislation passed for national CCW and no more NFA.

NYers should form a militia that's sole goal is to protect its members from the govt. taking their guns. They wouldn't act but instead would all be ready for when the inevitable standoff between police and a formerly lawful gun owner happens after the state tries to take his/her guns away due to this new law. Then they could all swarm the area ready to defend their fellow gun owner. They'd be pretty much like the minute men of the revolution who were formed for the same reason.

I posted before, I have lived in NYS all my life. ( Albany area), and I have never felt the tension that it is right now. I truly feel that if the Cuomo admin. and the NYSP, Really start pushing this bullshit, Things are going to get ugly fast.

I'm not going to confirm or deny owning a EBR, but I'm a little paranoid right now. The superintendent of the NYSP is one of Cuomo's butt buddies. I waiting for either DWI checkpoints disguised for weapon's check's or they are going to stake out shooting ranges.

Some Sherriff's Dept. have spoken out against this insanity, not strong enough in my opinion, but it is the NYSP, that worry's me. They have been politicized before.
( Coumo 1, Pataki and spitzer have used them for poitical agendas)

Scary times we live in. I only watched the short version, but I could tell by the body language of the suit and tie crowd that they aren't open to suggestions or ideas. I'm afraid blood of Americans will flow if they try to enforce this UNCONSTITUTIONAL law.
