Many of my acquaintances are eastern or southern KY.... most said they felt it, but that's about it. I'm sure a few trailers might have slid a few inches on their blocks though....

I felt it in the Chattanooga area. I was working in my shed and had just sat on my riding mower to answer a couple texts. My first thought was that someone had jumped on the back of the mower and was holding on to the roll bar rocking it back and forth. Kept going for 5 or 10 seconds.
Freaked me out because I couldn't imagine how someone could have gotten in there |

No sense in bringing up your blood pressure over something you have no control over. |

If it's the New Madrid, that's good. Better a thousand little 4.3 quakes than one big 10.0. A lot of homes, infrastructures and people will be at risk if the big one hits. Just like the San Andreas in California.

Just like the San Andreas in California. IIRC New Madrid fires off as massive one about every 100-120 tears. IIRC it is also overdue. I wouldn't want to be in St. Louis or anywhere on the Mississippi river coastline when it does. |

James It's not about KY in particular, it is about the bigger picture of our leader appearing munificent and compassionate. This term in office is all about making him acceptable to history he's already succeeded in fucking the country. |

I was in mammoth caves a couple of years ago and somehow I got the thought of a trembler in my head. Last 4 hours or so really screwed with my head.
That being said don't pass up the opportunity to see them if you can. Truly amazing. And as an added bonus, trust me, do not ask the guide what role the the cave system played in the "war of northern aggression". |
