But people are assholes and I know it, so I'm just not surprised. I don't sit around thinking "It can't happen to me." I knew it could and therefore I guess my mindset is a little different. I did what I could with the money I had to prevent it. I wish I'd had an alarm system, but I didn't yet. I literally already have an appointment for next week. I secured my guns as best I could (except for being an idiot and leaving out a couple that I was taking to a class when I shouldn't have). My wife on the otherhand? She's pretty mentally messed up. She wants to move tomorrow. I can't say I don't understand the feeling, because I do. |

Fuck man. Fuck. Fuck them, fuck their mothers for bringing them into this world. |

Pics are way too big, need to make smaller to see.
Sucks and sorry about that shit. |
so they would have seen your safe, and have a VERY good reason to suspect that it is LOADED with more guns they will likely be back soon, with backup(grinders, 3/4 ton pickup 6 guys, ec ect). get the buck shot out(might wanna put a round of turkey shot in there, need a live one to question)
. Fing sucks dude. |

What kind of neighborhood do you live, OP? I live in a good area with 200k and higher houses and it's already been hit 3 times by thieves. Not just ordinary thieves either, one of them even took a Uhaul truck pretending to be movers when they were completely cleaning out the house in broad daylight. Still haven't been caught sadly. Chances are they've already been scoping your house out for weeks before and knew when exactly you were gone.

Thieves are real pieces of shit.
Sorry you had to come home to a mess you had no hand in creating. I could easily act like a thief would freely be "given my property' simply to not have to go through the indignity of having it all stolen from me...just before I unloaded the 12 Ga Remi on them for forcing me to believe my loss of life was imminent! Most burglars don't want the trouble of dogs causing a ruckus. We have 2. My bro has 2 also. My other family members have 0 and their 3 homes have al been hit. I hope you are able to pick up some tracks; a huge percentage of robberies are committed from people we know, have let into our homes or could have been seen casing the property prior to doing a B&E. Glad your son is safe and nobody was physically harmed (that I read) from this incident. We'll pray for you down here in the S.E. USA. |
Man that sucks. I hope they die balls first in a meat grinder.
From the looks of things, they knew they had time to spare. Somebody knows your routine...
I've been there man. Damn. You lost a lot of stuff. TV's and stuff is one thing, but going through all your stuff like that and taking guns and such......

Quoted: Sorry man. Here in Albuquerque residential burglaries are way too common.... This is what I put on the sliding glass door: http://www.hunt101.com/data/500/medium/5149.jpg It could be defeated, like anything, but the smash and grabbers may move on. I absolutely hate sliding glass doors. A pox upon those that decided they should be on every other house I have seen. |
Maybe I'm being paranoid, but sounds like someone set you up.
damn man that sucks Might be a longshot, but did you have your ipad set up on iCloud so that you can use find my ipad and track it? |
Holy shit man, that is horrible. I really hope they are dumb enough to try to sell your stuff locally and get caught. Will insurance help pay for any of the stolen guns? If not I say we get a little pool going here on ARFcom and buy this man a new AR15.

Maybe I'm being paranoid, but sounds like someone set you up. This was my first thought as well. But then remembered OP lives in Phoenix. This kind of shit happens every day. Its crews of pros who can do all that in about 15 minutes. Its their job and they are good at it. Does seem strange the one time you leave a bunch of shit out you get jacked. |
Sorry about your situation, that really is horrible that this happened to you.
I know I am on the East Coast, but if you need anything, and I have it,it's yours. Take Care,be well. |
Sorry man. That is terrible. If I came home to that I would go mad. Literally. |
Very sorry. Hope they catch the guys. I'd keep an eye on Craigslist for your stuff. Check your area and the surrounding ones.

Did you have extra keys lying around for the Suburban, or did they have to hot-wire it?
I always lock up my spare keys in my safe for that reason. Kharn |
This angers me.
If I found a thief doing his thing it would be bad news bears. I fucking hate them |
Sorry to hear it, OP - I HATE thieves, and think burglars should be shot on sight... Best of luck recovering your stuff...

has anyone been in your house since you put all your guns and gear out?
knows where spare keys are? knows your habits? |

Sorry to hear. Hope they catch the cock suckers who did it. |

I imagine most of your guns, ammo and even you truck are in Mexico by now. This was my first thought, and that OP's Suburban is soon to be featured on Blago Narco full of torsos. Sorry, OP...I can't imagine your loss nor feelings of violation. Also sorry for you son, heartbreaking. |

Very high chance it is someone you know! Sorry to hear about your lose, can't imagine how bad that would suck.
No one gets that lucky. It was someone you know. Couple suggestions though. Ditch the gun related stickers on your vehicles. Also, be as discreet as possible when bringing any gear in and out of your home, especially with rifle cases. I'm guessing they found a spare set of keys for the truck inside the house? I would get a key lock box and put it in a crazy weird location that nobody would ever think to look. If you don't mind me asking, what's your major cross streets? |

The kids room pics anger me. Pardon my language so early in the morning.....but they FUCKING INFURIATE me. Again, sorry OP. |

A pox upon the thieves!
Now, going forward. Do you have a home alarm with motion sensors that was somehow defeated? |
Woodchipper for each and every one. Slowly, with a bag of rock salt, a bucket of bleach, and a jug of sulfuric acid mix in for sanitation purposes.
I would feel exactly like your wife, BTW. |
