I think a 12" dia leg opening is a bit too big to be considered a flare. They're vintage Levi Orange Tab 684's.

I did chuckle at the Dell monitor/keyboard hooked up to the mac.  I had to go with an Apple keyboard because I make heavy use of my keyboard shortcuts.
