well, two showers, a bath, dishwasher, and washing machine all were done within 2hours last night. probably just ran too long and the temp switch didn't like it

ummmm, a little past the white "recommended" line. I only use hot water in my showers, so not quite scolding hot I guess, although my tolerances are a little screwy

There is probably something wrong with your control as it should not allow your tank to overheat to the point the thermal safety shuts it off. How old is it?

little over a year. the controls and burner set was replaced earlier this year under warranty. if this damn thing goes out again, I will get tankless, I've wired up a few, and like the results

What brand is your current one?

well, i got a saw.

one of these

i was going to get a husqy, but I did some more research, and found out they got bought out recently, and the only saws that are still swedish made are the ones in the 800+ price range. the others are poulan craptastic rebrands

True.

I have found that after the safety changes of 5 years ago, the only tank style worth a damn is a Bradford White. All the others have major issues that effect their reliability.

To give you an idea, one of the largest plumbing companies in town that had a generational relationship with a different supplier and their water heaters brought us their business due to failures that could not be corrected since it was a design defect.

To be frank, that is something you need to buy through a licensed plumber. There are somethings that need to be checked to make sure it will work properly.

I went to buy a $8.99 power supply for my roku and my gf's little brother has $100 worth of airsoft shit in my cart. FFFFFUUUUUUU

kid is 14 yo and I try to order him cool stuff when he needs it for zombies or whatever. I've ordered a SOG tomahawk, bright ass cheap cree light, etc.

His parents don't really take him out and show him gun safety so they feel he is not responsible to have real guns which is probably true. But that seems to be their fault. I had real shit at that age. 30-30, 20 ga., .22's, etc.

Now he's got a bunch of airsoft shit, I think he feels that's the only thing they will let him have. I bought him a pellet gun with his money so we could shoot together at the house, but he got ADD with it and took it back the next day. I just think it would be better to have something that can actually throw some lead at a good speed.

FTR, I take him shooting with me usually whenever I go. He likes shooting the AR/.22 upper, shotgun, etc. He just doesn't have much direction. He got a bow for xmas and they took it away from him for some reason.
