I love trying to spot all the security.
Capitol Police and Secret Service EVERYWHERE! There are so many guns in that image... I wonder how many.

That crowd is photographed and each person is identified by checking the state id database.. Now you have a list of names to send your stasi to harass, frame, IRS audit, who knows what. B. Lets say, you are in a protest, because the 2nd amendment has been repealed, you don't even get violent but part of the crowd does. You go home, but you have now been identified and put on the list for arrest. Just imagine the kinds of tools the government has at its disposal and place those tools in the hands of a Stalin. C. Pretend a nuke goes off in a city in the US, all bets are off, Police State 100% all tools of oppression are rolled out, you would be living in an autocratic technocracy, where every aspect of your life could be monitored and controlled. Just step the slightest out of line and they would know. It would make the Gulag Archipelago look like summer camp. These are the types of Dystopian future possibilities I think of when I see technology like this. No government is run by Angels. |
