Auto-trimming - Page 1

Since many view this place on their phones and quote trimming is something I like less than sticking toothpicks into my eardrums, how about an auto-trim feature for quotes over the limit? Many of the folks I converse with on here have the same feelings, so it's not just me.

I agree it would be an asset. Editing on a phone is a pain.

If possible, it should be switchable. ON by default but can be disabled for when you want to be more selective with your editing.

It's a PIA even on a computer. On my phone, it's a nightmare.

It's terrible, because it goes slowly, then all of a sudden, it kicks into warp speed and erases everything.
