I've had a few recipes going at one. I made a 5 gallon cider, it's been fermenting about a week. Today I added a bunch of cinnamon sticks, vanilla extract, and 1 oz citra hops. I'm pretty excited about kegging it when I get back from deer season in 2 weeks.
Today I also kegged a Grapefruit Pulpin batch that I'm making for my wife. We'll see how it turns out.
And I bottled 2 beers. A gallon grain kit, a wheat beer that I added lemon peels and honey and coriander seeds to. I got 8 1/2 bottles. I drank the 1/2 a few minutes ago. It definitely needs carbonation and a slice of orange.
Finally I bottled my rum stout fuckup. Got 9 1/2 bottles. I just drank the 1/2. Being a stout, it would have low carbonation anyways. It tastes like chocolate coffee syrup and looks like used motor oil. I was really just hoping it wouldn't taste like used oil. I like it.
