Well, I burped the bottles twice yersterday, and things appear to be more "normal."
I used a 20oz Sprite plastic bottle to gauge carbonation, and yesterday was very rapid carbonation. The other bottles were flip tops. I burped them, and they all had a resounding "POP" when I opened the bails. I did taste the beer yesterday, and there were no off flavors or aromas. We will see in two weeks or so. |

Tasted the beer in the test bottle. No off flavors. Gonna work out, I believe.

was the bee boiled? or did it get in there after cooling?
