Well after dragging fellow arfcommer SJUHockey10 into brewing he and i decided that partial volume boils on my stove top just wasnt good enough.

So down to Northern Brewer we went and look what followed us back

Blichmann burner and a 8gal Megapot

Our first full volume batch is fermenting away nicely

You need to get the extensions on that Blichmann Burner. You will thank yourself later. No lifting to siphon. Just pop a hole in that kettle, get a weldless ball valve kit from http://brewhardware.com/, and a hop/trub screen of some sort, and you are all set up for BIAB.

We would have picked up the extensions but they are back ordered

already have a weld-less ball valve on the pot, WAY easier than trying to pour a kettle into a fermenter
