So after 6 batches of extract brews and 4 batches of mead, I'm trying my hand with some 'wines'. The reason I say 'wines' is becuase it's the Island Mist Hard Pink Lemonade kit and Skeeter Pee, neither of which is really truly a wine.

Did anyone else here order the Island Mist Hard Pink Lemonade Kit this year?

Any tips for Skeeter Pee? I've read a bit on it and think I know what my plan is for it, but if you've got good ones, let me know.

I'm going to be rushing both of these as I want to serve them on May 31st at a grad party (for the parents obviously ).

Also, whoever decided that wine kits should be 6 gallons instead of 5 like beer is a real pain in the ass.... Now I need a separate fermenter and carboy!
