As stated,  Take the aptitude test and see how you test.

since it has been a while for you, consider taking the lowest class you qualify for.  I went straight to college and I tested straight into calculus.  I decided to take the algebra/trig combined course instead of going into calc.  Sure I could have taken college alg one semester then college trig, but since I felt comfortable with my skills, I took the combined course which crams 2 semesters into one.

The other advantage is the "lower" class can pad your GPA for when you start taking the big boy classes.  They do get a tad harder.
