The temptations of Thai food never cease to amaze me. I have to make this sometime. Anyone?

Then you would love Thailand.  A dish like that in a western style restaurant here would be about $5.  Off a street cart $2.

I'm here right now.

Pad kee mao is by far my favorite Thai dish. Lil Thai House in Longview is my local Thai place and they do it right. I get those noodles every damn time!

Slice across the grain. I partially thaw chicken it's easier to slice that way.

My favorite Thai dish. Have a small place near where I work that does a great job of it.

You freeze it and then slice it with a mandolin.

I made this dish last year around Thanksgiving.  The thing is, it requires like 6-7 difference sauces.  So I had to buy $40-$50 of sauces I'll probably never use again.
