Venison hot dogs, venison brats, italian sausage, Hot chorizo venison links, Burgers & all beef, natural casing hot dogs for the kids or those who don't like venison. I'm thinking about tossing some pork breakfast sausage links on the grill, telling the kids they are special mini dogs i had made just for them.
Burgers will be slider size on pretzel buns. Dogs & brats on seeded buns, using mayo with diced garlic, instead of butter then toasting. I'll have the smoker and grill both running. |

Deer Tenderloin, twice baked potatoes, and corn. About as fancy as it's going to get camping out at our South 40. Assuming it ever stops fucking raining that is.
