Just like the title says, anyone have a good one they don't mind sharing?

Thanks,

Chris

I always use the standard "cup of" cobbler recipe.  Google it up if you are not familiar.

I use the same recipe if over fire or in the kitchen oven.  Cook until it looks done - It's hard to screw up.

Simple boy scout recipe:

- Two cans of peaches with juice, pour it into the DO
- One box of yellow cake mix; just pour on top, don't mix
- One stick of butter on top of the cake mix, cut up into 1/4" or 3/8" thick or so.
- Sprinkle a little cinnamon on top

Put on fire with 8-10 coals on bottom, 14-16 on top; rotate about every 15-20 minutes or so.  Takes about 45-60 minutes.
