Does anyone have any experience with one, or more of these. It must be electric.

I dont know about electric but I have an out door propane oiless fryer.
It works on radient heat principle. Not as good as a oil based turkey fryer but almost as good and healthier.

Fry = oil in my opinion.
Sometimes fried food just simply requires oil to cook properly and taste like it's supposed to.

Think back to the air popped popcorn debacle - horrible tasting shit.

Fried food is fried food - accept no substitute.

But that's just me....
