Hard to say on the sword.  As TBS said, many lodges use plain unmarked swords.  My own lodge uses a plain sword without anything on it.

At one time the military had a 'Medical Officers' sword.  I don't remember details that might be one of those.

To be honest, it really doesn't look anything like any US military sword I've ever seen. My guess would be an outside manufacture, and one would expect a masonic sword to have, you know, symbols or something.


I hear masons like symbols and stuff...
