I have confirmed my email multiple times via the link on the main page, and even gave a second email which I don't ever recieve them at. I check my blocked folder every day and nothing is ever in there either.

We've had a few cases of people that have put themselves on the Do Not Contact list, and then can't figure out why they are not getting their newsletter any more.

Also, I noticed I'm not receiving an e-mail when I receive an instant message, not sure if that's related or not.
