So far they claim that existing ones will be grandfathered, but cannot be transferred or sold. So forget about handing down your own personal property to your sons or daughters.

Liars too. They are saying that existing ones won't have to be registered, but how else are they going to keep track of them if they also won't allow you to sell yours or even hand it down? They'll pass it, then say "oops we screwed up" and pass a new law requiring that they be registered as well. Then when the next shooting happens they'll say registration isn't enough and that they must be surrendered or taken out of the state. Never, EVER believe what these treacherous snakes tell you. "We're not going to take your guns away". BULL.
