Last July, guitarist David Gilmour returned to the Pompeii Amphitheatre in Italy to perform a pair of concerts at the same site
he and Pink Floyd recorded their famed Pink Floyd: Live At Pompeii film 45 years prior. A new concert film, David Gilmour: Live At Pompeii
will be shown in theaters around the world for a one-night-only screening later this year.
Directed by Gavin Elder and shot in 4K, David Gilmour: Live At Pompeii will be available for viewing in over 2,000 theaters worldwide on
September 13 trhough Trafalgar Releasing. The film captures highlights of both concerts, including many classic Pink Floyd favorites such
as “Comfortably Numb,” “One Of These Days” and “Wish You Were Here” as well as the Dark Side Of The Moon classic “Great Gig In The Sky,”
which had not been played by Gilmour since 2006.
Also included are selections from Gilmour’s 2006 solo album On An Island and the 2015 solo LP Rattle That Lock. The full slate of participating
