Tommy thayer use. Not talking about the Epiphone. Saw KISS a couple of weeks ago and I was close enough to see he was using a Les Paul.

I did some Googling, and it looks like he had a Gibson Signature Model at one time (Gibson usually only does that in limited runs), and I saw a 1960 Reissue burst, and a black Custom. So he's probably like any guitarist and has several different ones that he uses regularly.

Here's a couple articles:

And yes, this one is about his Epiphone Sig model, but he talks about the pickups he's come to prefer.

That Epipone looks like it but I could see it said Les Paul on it. This is the closest one that looks like what he was using in White. http://www.guitarcenter.com/Gibson/2016-Les-Paul-Studio-T-Electric-Guitar.gc

Looks are one thing.. next question is what neck and what body? Solid, chambered, modern weight relief etc.. etc..

Most Epiphone Les Pauls say Les Paul on the headstock too. The only Les Paul that don't say Les Paul on the headstock are the Custom, and a few other special runs over the years.

The fact is, you could take most Les Pauls, throw a JB in it, and get pretty close tone wise.

No shit.

Problem is, they only released the Epiphone version to the public. If you want a Gibson with that paint, you'll either have to order it from the Custom Shop, or get a Standard, strip it down, replace the binding, and paint it with white metallic paint.
