So, I have a DVD disc with all my drum tracks from my last band's album. I'd forgotten about it because the tracks had been saved at a rate incompatible with Garageband and I'd given up on ever messing with them.

Enter Logic Pro X! When I imported the tracks, it knew right away they needed to be translated! So, woo-hoo! I'm in business. (See, the drums ended up buried in the final product and I've wanted to re-mix 'em for years!)

Anyway, I've got a couple tunes sounding pretty good, but a couple others not-so-much. I'm wondering if any of you guys know how to copy track settings and import them into another project. This is all new to me!

I'd be grateful for any insight - and I'll gladly post the numbers for your discerning ears after they're finished! (All-origninal progressive metal)

Thanks a lot!

I've never used Logic, so I don't know which menu it would be in, but what you're wanting to do is to save a template. Every DAW has a different way of doing this.

I would Google "how to save a template Logic Pro X", and go from there.
