Just got her
Taylor 214ce Deluxe. She sounds seeeeet! Plays like a dream....ebony fret board and bridge. Solid sitka top. Back and sides are laminated rosewood. Couldn't beat the price.....free due to accumulated hotel points...... First Taylor....

I went big with my first Taylor - picked up a T5C. Ever since then, I've been a huge Taylor fan. Haven't played one that doesn't sound like a dream.
Make sure you register your guitar on their website (assuming you're the first owner). Their warranty is amazing, should you ever need it. ETA: Congrats, and welcome to the club! |

I registered her already. Went to the taylor site and entered all...got the confirmation already back.

I love Taylors...I played a Doyle Dykes sig model for a long time, till it needed refretting. It is basically a suped up 614ce. The maple is my favorite for picking. Now, I am a Martin guy (for a while at least).
