He lives just a few miles from me. My first inclination was Mi-2. How many of those are around? If not that, what is it?

Pretty sure it's an H19.  The angled fuselage is a dead give away.

There's a guy with an h19 that does construction and  longline work based in Georgia.   Pirate Airlift.  His is blue.

There are new build ones made for overseas use and some of them have been imported into the states.
