Just came home from the local with a bunch of stuff, including:

5x Illusione M7

The M7 is their diadema.  I wouldn't normally pay $15 for a stick, but these are worth it.  Could be one of the best I've ever had.

No they didn't.  Why would you advertise on your website a product they no longer carry.

Damn, back to cigarfox I suppose.

Yeah, the el legend-arios.   Cigar fox has them.  Just wanted a couple as I am trying to smoke my current stash before buying more. I keep telling myself I will NOT do a cooleridor or a vino temp.

Atlantic just had a way better price on a 5 pack, too bad they didn't actually have any.

Of course we have.  We just don't talk about it here.  We talk about that in the "hookers and blow" forum.  This forum is about cigars...

you don't purchase those....rental only

And unless you're Bill Clinton, there really isn't any correlation between hookers and cigars.

How do you find them as compared to the original Honduran blend?

It's always a good day when you get to try a new cigar...

As long as it's not one of those dog rockets that RATTERS reviews

bundle of el mejor espresso churchill's off the devil's site.  Put in a ridiculous low bid at about 1/2 the price at CI, and ended up taking them.

The new blend (an addition to the line vs a replacement) seems to be not as strong as the hondurans.  As a Pepin blend, they are mild compared to many of the cigars he produces.  I regularly smoke the Old Henry and San Cristobal, the new La Aroma falls somewhere between the two.

I've burned through four of five of the first dozen sticks and am very impressed.  I smoked a honduran La Aroma the other day and still retain my favor for that blend.

I think the EE adds a nice alternative for the traditional La Aroma.

CAO MX2 are good cigars when they are young, and they age well.  My box is almost 2 years old, and almost all of the harshness are gone, leaving a very pleasent sweet maduro (cocoa - expresso) flavor, that is a joy to smoke.

Well vacation ended last night and I'm back out on tour in the big blue Peterbilt, of course I could not head back out on my run without stopping at the Indian Res. on my way by for a quick re-stock of my travel humi......

I'm continuing to sample the CAO brand....
(2) Criollo
(2) Cameroon
(2) Cx2

I can't decide which is the lesser of two evils, cigarbid.com or passing by the Indian Res. twice a week.....

Today, I made a purchase of Don Pepin Garcia and La Aurora Preferida goodness.  Some Blue Labels, some Cuban Classics, some JJs.  Those will go nicely with the Aurora Preferidos 1903 Emeralds and 1903 Platinums, the fistful of 100 Años, the Carlos Toraño Exodus 1959s, and a couple more Padron Serie 1926 Maduros.  I'll be sad when I can't get anymore of the 100 Años...

I love payday.

c-bid.  5 singles for $5 & a five pack for $25.  These seem to go pretty cheap there.

oops, just checked again & the double coronas are now at $17 for a fiver ending today.

The double corona's are good, but I like to settle in about dark on my deck w/ a few beers & the 7 x 60's.

I picked up some VSG, Ashton Classic, San Cristobal, La Aroma EE, & Old Henry today.  I went a little "heavy" in anticipation of the current pass.

And I love cigars.

I spent the evening before my birthday and a portion of my birthday de-hosing a network as a favor/side job.  A portion of that billable time has to be absorbed in cigar purchase...
