I'm wondering is there some test to determine if there might be mold floating around the air supply in a home?  I only started to wonder this after seeing some general lethargy among the family plus the wife now has had a sinus infection for several weeks that doesn't seem to want to go away.

Yes.  I'm sure there are local mold testing folks.  When I had tests done at a house in Ohio they went around and took a sample outside the home to get a baseline and then took two samples in the house; one in the middle of the main floor and one in the basement.  Had the results back in a couple days.

I noticed this test kit at my local Home Depot a couple of days ago.  It could be an option.
