While I applaud your work fixing the frame, as well as your skills in fabricating the rear bumper.

I must say, Jeep bumpers with tire carries and such are cheap and plentiful.

Now, at some point the summer, I will be making a rear bumper and tire carrier for a 08 Chevy Avalanche. I already have a headache thinking about.

If this thread is just about fab skills, I applaud you.

As far as funcionality of the various items, I will stay quiet on.

Hey I need a set of rocker guards for my TJ.........plain, no steps please

I like the lights in the rear bumper. I have thought about doing something similar with the flush mount Rigid type LED's.

Fab work is good man! Never saw cans mounted on the side like that.

The only thing I see wrong is that it looks like the rear of your frame repair is a straight up and down line. This is a no no when welding frames as it will crack right next to the weld it should have a rounded end  or a  diagonal line.

There are a bunch of conversions to view on the internet.  They are very neat...but a little loud!

Nice work. I couldn't have done any of that

I'd be worried about getting in a wreck.
Jack might take your head off and the gas can might soak you in gas.

I'd put the jack on your roof rack and the cans on the back bumper

Won't have gas in the cans unless warranted (I'll use steel NATO cans for fuel....the ones shown are for water.)......and the jack I had the same thoughts about....so the bolts are now grade 8, and there is a hardened lock pin just to add to securing it. Once I get the roof rack fabricated....the jack may end up atop with the spare tire.

Was a rack made for the hi-lift.  Fit in a pocket on one end and locked in the other.  Axe and shovel brackets used very large wing nuts to clamp them in place.
