We have gutted a three story house to rebuild as our retirement/ beach house. We have multiple decks and a patio / outdoor kitchen area where we plan to entertain during sporting events. I would like to stream audio throughout the house on game day.
Home theatre and audio visual equipment will be located on the middle floor. I want to hard wire speakers to the decks and patio and establish each as a separate zone. 6 zones total.
I am looking for a devise/box/ whatever to control the speakers in each zone. Had no luck searching the Interwebs so far.
Any ideas  welcomed.

Do you want different music at different areas or the same music throughout?

My house is setup for the same throughout. I used a splitter to achieve that. They make them for more zones if needed, but I only needed 4.

I used monoprice speakers and wire throughout. My receiver is an Onkyo. The audiophiles here will tell you it won't work, but I have had no issues. It gets plenty loud enough for my needs.

NuVo by Legrand. No network, or app function with the 6 zone from Monoprice.

I bought the Monoprice 6 zone unit and ordered an Onkyo TX-NR838 AV receiver for the heart of the system.  
Since the beach place is undergoing massive renovations I set things up on the kitchen table today to run some tests.  
Besides have some challenges programming the different zone features on the Onkyo, the Monoprice unit seems like it will work out exactly as I had hoped.
We start running electrical and speaker wire in Galveston next week. Thanks again for the great advise!
