Pedrosa got fucked.

I wonder if Crutchlow did that on purpose just to spite Ducati.

Were they all on the new tires? I was wondering that too.

Marques and Crutchlow both looked like they should not have crashed.

ETA: I seriously doubt Crutchlow would have sacrificed a tier two spot on the podium just to fuck Ducati.

Read second half of this article.

I saw that, and figured it had something to with that after what happened last year.

It looked like a wet race, touching the white line. BAM, instant.

The wonders of spec class racing.

They need to dump the one manufacturer tire rule.

Yup.. Done that. Man it hurts.

I thought maybe there was some sprinkles from those clouds that weren't being flagged.

It was a steady stream of front-endings.  I was beginning to think some oil had gotten on the track unawares.  While watching that race I recalled the time I was flagging at SIR/PIR & find a thin sheen of oil on track going into turn #2.  Hardly visible unless you walked right up to it, but it was there; a long ~2 fr wide thin film of oil.  Someone's crankcase must have been experiencing a slow gasket failure.
