Red with,, Commadore Grill and Tail. Lion emblems. Car had an Australia front tag, and a Montgomery Alabama rear tag. What did I see?

4 or 2 door? Probably a Pontiac GTO or G8 with custom body work.

4 door. Looked just like an Impala SS on the side.

Gto or g8 with body kit. I've seen plenty locally around the LS fest.

Might have seen a Ute

G8/SS with holden front end, there are a few of Em around. there are lots of GTO'S with aussie plastic around the states, GM swapped out all the good looking parts when they re - badged the monaro in '04.

I have seen a couple of them now but with GM emblems, I thought. they are very sharp looking cars and I dont like small cars.

I am pretty sure this is the car I have seen and I too have seen them in a bright red color. They are calling is the SS

Most likely a G8 converted to look like a Commodore. The GTO/Monaro is 2 door only.

Yeah it's an updated version of the G8 GXP.

Yup, it's the all new 2014 Chevy SS imported from Holden in Aussie. Had a silver one and really enjoyed the Aussie touches and cabin features a tad better than Chevy. The LS3 rated at 415 ponies (at the crank) is sweet. Car is actually bigger than it looks. A lot of US owners are debadging the bowtie and replacing with Holden ones. Funny, Aussie owners do the opposite.
