I know AMEX was offering a 100k points Platinum offer a few months back, but it appears dead....any other good options out there?

I just got a Citi Diamond preferred. Zero percent balance transfer for 21 months. I paid for my summer vacation ($10k) with CapOne to get the 1.5% cash rewards. Transferred to Citi. Will pay it off over the next several months at no interest.

Chase Freedom (by far my favorite card):

Every friend who is approved for the card will get $150 cash back as a bonus after spending $500 on purchases within the first 3 months from account opening!

I don't quite have the spending habits to get bonuses on the premium cards, but I recently took the new Chase Freedom Unlimited $150 bonus+ $25 bonus for adding authorized user.  Just have to spend $500 within 90 days.

I need to start looking for a new CC to use for work per diem.

Amex is no longer doing the Costco card. 3% back on gas, 2% back on hotels and restaurants, and 1% back on all other purchases. Was perfect for me since I travel nearly every week for work.

Aren't they replacing with a similar deal from Visa?

The new Costco Visa is better than the Amex it's replacing.

Awesome, last time I checked they didn't have the details for the new card. Figured they would find a way to reduce benefits. Now get 3% back at restaurants and hotels.

Costco Visa is 4% back on Costco gas, up to around $7,500/year. This will now be my designated gas card, except for the one quarter per year when Chase freedom does 5% cash back on gas.
