Also, that $398 is for the Glock with plastic sights; the one with night sights is a bit more. I don't remember how much more though. |

That was the .mil discount which I think was pretty darn good. THe $398 was for plastic sights as previously mentioned. |

Found this one while deployed ... A buddy called leupold and found they do offer a LEO/MIL discount, but only thru www.promotive.com The website has about 60 companies who offer MIL/LEO discounts. Mostly sporting goods - Danner, New Ballance, Leupold, SOG, Crimson Trace and a bunch of others. I scored 2 sets of crimson trace grips for less than one at retail - 60% off MSRP.

Will those places give discounts to those of us who were lucky enough to retire after 20+ years of service? Some of them don't.

As posted previously Lowe's will give 10% on any purchase, but you have to ask for it. I found that at my local Lowe's if they have a sale going on (example washer, dryer, BBQ's, ect...) at a already discount rate you will receive the 10% (Mil discount) on top of the sale price.
Additionally Home Depot does have a 10% on all purchase, again you have to ask for it. Almost forgot to mention... my local Levis store gives 10% on total purchase on sale or not. |

Active duty owned and operated. We have a job that pays the bills, so we need to mark up prices more than a few bucks over cost. To see mil pricing, create an account and email [email protected] to be added to the military customer group. BTW: I made this site because of the antics with the sequester and budget cuts so that agency supply shops could better utilize their funds to get more for their money than for spending $20+ for a pack of pens through the lighthouse for the blind. It really pissed me off that we were negligently funding out troops' training, exercises, and supplies so that we could effectively subsidize government handouts for nonprofit agencies. We DO NOT make a profit over our operating expenses from mil/LE members. And... Official agency purchases pay actual cost. Not .01 over what it costs us. |
