I have a laptop and I would like to add some Ram and a ssd to it. I found these, links will be cold.  These are the same right.ram
And
this one.  I have 2 1 tb external passport hard drives. but I am just looking for the best deal on the ram.

I am also looking for SSD upgrade help  What should i look for?

Yes those ram modules are the same.

As for SSD's?

Samsung 850 Pro or Sandisk Extreme Pro.

I have two 850 EVO drives and a SanDisk Ultra II. No complaints about either. SSDs are the bomb.
