just replaced the old tower wit a new one running 8.1.
I use outlook to manage my arfcom e-mail and have been messing with the mail app for an hour and can't find anyway to enter the server settings for the site e-mail server... is it even possible?  |

You're using the "Mail" app that comes with Windows 8.1? I no longer have an 8.1 machine and the Windows 10 email app is different, but there should be an "Advanced" option for entering that stuff when you add an account.
Personally I'd rather use Windows Live Mail than that crappy Metro app if you don't have the full Office Outlook client. |

File -> Account Settings -> Account Settings Dropdown
Select the existing account and click "change..." or click "new..." and create a new email account. The server settings go in the dialogue window that pops up. I'll go ahead and IM you an invoice for my minimum of $225. |

I should totally do it.You should not get paid until Striker proves it works. (And besides, you'd probably get paid in Labatt & maple bacon.)
