Flickr would be my recommendation for a free site.
What do you mean that you cannot load photos from there to here? Here is one of mine from Flickr:

Flickr is my photography host.
Images that quality isn't an issue get put up on photobucket. |

I have accounts with Flickr, Photobucket and SmugMug. They all have their points, but I use them for:
Flickr has a rather appealing layout, but the inability to effectively limit access to photos means most of my photos are not on Flickr. SmugMug is my preferred site for sharing things like personal photos with family and friends. Another consideration is there are official Lightroom plugins for Flickr and SmugMug. |

I am not getting a link that allows me to share the image like I do from other sites such as google (Copy Image urL) so it is not showing up and I have no clue how to fix this problem.

Here's how you do it First look at the picture you want to post in your flickr album. Look at the lower right corner 
See the arrow that looks like --> Click that. You'll get this: 
Select BBCode and the size you want. I like medium. |

I use photobucket for Arfcom. I've just started using Google +/ Google Photos for everything else.
