Anyone used or can recommend a photo restoration service?

Had a friend ask. The picture is in pretty rough shape, and while I could give it a try, it'd be quite time consuming.

I know there are some out there, but wanted to see if anyone had any experience with any place.

Thanks!

I used one via a local camera shop. I think they sent it out to Utah for restoration. My cousin's wife was happy with the results.

And patch, and clone, and ...

I've done some. It's not something I'd just do for free anymore, not doing it the way I do it. Every time I make a retouch pass at the fershlugginer pic I find more dust.
