I have a jpg file that has somehow become damaged. It has begun to display in a pinkish and washed out tint and it is "broken" into three sections/bars that no longer line up properly. The photo appears to display properly in the thumbnail view but as soon as it is opened up in any program it displays as I have described.

Are there any programs that might be able to piece this thing back together, free is preferred, the file isn't worth saving if it's going to cost much.

Before anyone asks, it's nothing illegal, it does have some PERSEC sensitive information though so I would prefer not to disseminate it.
