The new defense mission on the bot planets is mad fun.
I've been spamming the missions on Helldive difficulty. XP isn't that great and you don't get samples but I don't care because of how much fun it is lol. |

Liberated two worlds today so bed time for this helldiver
|
|
|
Level 19. So far on bot missions my loadout is HMG, Guard Dog, 500lb bomb, Mortar Sentry for offensive stuff, and Recoilless rifle plus Autocannon/Mortar/Gatling Sentries for defensive.
Light armor all the way. |

Who here is StompaHippie? I got you and gtfoxy added. I guess I need to go get a new friend code, but it's nice to play with folks other than randos. I played a few rounds last night and only had one crash in a loading screen, but much more stable in PS5. I still need to get Helldive difficulty unlocked...

Picked it up on Steam last night but only had time to run through the tutorial and name my ship. I should have more time to get started tonight.

Slant brakes and long stroke pistons, copper washed bullets and warm Slav mittens, brown Beech handguards dipped in lacquer streams; these are a few of my favorite things.

New war bond and also some new ship modules to unlock to spend some samples on.
The airstike one is good, just from the description it one ups it again. so with all of them unlocked you have 4 instead of the orginal 2. |
|
|
Made four jumps last night. Didn't pay attention to the difficulty on one and was overrun by automatons. The other three were successful and I figured out the war bonds afterwards. It was a damn fun game. I'm upgrading a drive tonight and I'll have to get a headset this weekend. I barely know what the hell I'm doing spreading Democracy needs to happen so I'll keep at it.

So supposedly the eruptor on the battle pass will kill chargers in 2 head shots. So you could use the stalwart as a main and that thing to drop heavies.

The one where you have to evac 45 citizens on a king of the hill map is fucking brutal If you don't have 4 guys knocking down dropships from the start you quickly fall too far behind to have any hope of getting back into control. No cover, no route blocking, just pandemonium from beginning to end. |

Especially with the new ship module for supply packs fully stocking the stratagem weapon with 1 box. |

Psst. Pro tip. Drop the entire squad AWAY form the structure. Have one guy in light stealth armor move in and do the event. Everyone else run around on the far edges of the map getting samples and pulling the drop ships to you. About 75% of the time the main base will get like one set of drop ships, and be able to complete the mission. If you need to support the guy at base, lob your mortars close.
It's a bit of cheese, but it works. |

The rules are simple: they lie to us, we know they're lying, they know we know they're lying, but they keep lying to us, and we keep pretending to believe them.

Played the king of the hill till the missiles launch mode. That was….imtense. At the end I realized it was on Helldive mode. The squad I was running with made it look easy

so the eruptor doesnt do shit. I must have head shot a charger 10 damn times while it stood there and it didnt even chip the armor.

Played some good games last night. I grabbed some purple samples a teammate dropped and then accidentally fell into a spawn hole and died. Ugh.

One of my normal teammates was mocking the hulk saying “look at you! Standing there looking stupid! What are you gonna do!?!” As he ran toward the armless hulk. I said bro he’s gonna stomp you into a mud hole. Sure enough it lifted a leg to start stomping him and started to mercilessly chase him. |
