So how is everyone liking the 2014 revamped maps? Metro is still a blast with the new flanking routes to cover. Pretty much the only maps I can tolerate are the linear ones at this point. I would have liked to see Sienne Crossing in the new maps.

Grand Bazaar and Seine Crossing would have been great.

Hmmm....debating on whether to get premium. I wasn't going to give EA any more money until they fixed all this shit (even though I never had many problems) but I really want to try these new (old) maps.

YEP, forgot about that one... I could live on a server that had Locker, Metro, Sienne Crossing and Bazaar on rotation. Just those 4 could entertain me for hours...

So they implemented Platoons now for BF4... So I made an ARFCOM platoon if anyone wants to join. I sent out invites to my friends list just because it let me recruit from the platoon page.

I also figured out how to grab the emblem code so I didn't have to try and make another BFL. Not bad for a minor nerdling.

So I finally broke down and bought it yesterday. First server I hopped ingo had a couple people hacking to high heaven. Please tell me thats not a widespread thing.

been playing for a few months, have only noticed a few blatant outright hacks (aimbots, wallhacks) and are usually quickly dealt with by admins.
if you're talking about the guys at the top of the scoreboard that are getting mvp and going 70-20k/d, some people are that good. i have been called a hack a bunch before when i' ve had some really good games

Just got the game a week ago. Played very little BF3, played tons of BF2. Gotta a big learning curve ahead. My first days k/d was like .3 and after a week I'm up to .6 haha

I do miss Karkand and the SF maps like Warlord, wish they would put them in BF4.

Anyway, I find myself playing most nights.

Well Dragons Teeth is live...

Seems like some decent maps... but most lend themselves to major sniper fest. But also some decently done MOUT type stuff. Not overly vehicle laden. With a good team it could be a real blast. Although I have yet to get on a good team. Mostly campers and solo artists.... the usual.
