In... I'm looking for new ideas, myself.
I've used BAU5 in the past
Apple App Store Link and it worked pretty good. It's not exactly 5/3/1 but it's similar in philosophy and how the workouts go at least. I've used it since the early days and it worked well...
But I caveat that with the fact that I hurt myself lifting and haven't been able to get a real workout in for over a year now (I finally had to have surgery on my shoulder to fix the issue). I'm now finally cleared to get back to the gym and I have a LOT of work to do so I'll probably start using this again, unless I find something better, and I'm going to be taking things a lot slower now than I did before. Unfortunately, my 40-something year old body doesn't handle physical stressors as well as my 20-something year old body did :( and I learned that lesson the hard way.
