Ive been doing a simple 5x5 program for years, want to try 5/3/1. Ive found websites where i can print out a month of workouts, but a phone app would be easier. Whats the best one?

In... I'm looking for new ideas, myself.

I've used BAU5 in the past Apple App Store Link and it worked pretty good.  It's not exactly 5/3/1 but it's similar in philosophy and how the workouts go at least.  I've used it since the early days and it worked well...

But I caveat that with the fact that I hurt myself lifting and haven't been able to get a real workout in for over a year now (I finally had to have surgery on my shoulder to fix the issue).  I'm now finally cleared to get back to the gym and I have a LOT of work to do so I'll probably start using this again, unless I find something better, and I'm going to be taking things a lot slower now than I did before. Unfortunately, my 40-something year old body doesn't handle physical stressors as well as my 20-something year old body did :( and I learned that lesson the hard way.
