I'm having hip flexor and lower back pain due to what looks like I'm APT. Anyone else deal with this? Anyone correct It themselves?

Found this with a google search...https://www.t-nation.com/training/7-ways-to-fix-anterior-pelvic-tilt

I know Kelly Starrett talks about it a lot in his MWOD (mobility WOD). Check out youtube. He has some great videos using bands that work on hip\pelvic mobility etc.

This.
Foam rolling/stretching hamstrings and IT band helped me quite a bit. Lacrosse ball smash the pirformis, and look into the agile 8/limber 11 warmup before exercising. I would strongly recommend seeing a physio therapist or sports doctor to get an actual diagnosis though, there are a few potential culprits. I went the self diagnosis route after crippling SI joint pain and finally found stuff that works after 2 years, would have been much faster if I had just gotten checked out in the first place.
