I signed up for one at I Love To Run.

I figured with all the OCR's and other races/ events I do, might as well get something else out of the training and the miles.

It's a neat site.

Got my first 3.05 Miles in today.

ETA:

If anyone else is, lets IM profiles so we can be accountability partners/ moto/ etc.

I'm in. It was a goal of mine anyway.
But I don't want to join another site.

Glad to see a few of us in..

I banged out 8.02 today. Started off with an 8:54 pace..ended on a 7:30 pace. House was empty, had Hellyeah and Slayer cranked on the treadmill. My Nordictrac did an update today, had some new maps and routes. Love the tread..

23.15/1000

Here is something interesting; we are going to run the distance of 38.17 Marathons this year

If you can run 5k (3.1 miles) a day you can skip 42 days and still make 1000 miles / yr.  You can catch up!

It's been amusing to play with the numbers..I need a tad more than 6 miles for my "second marathon"..thats only 3.16 "Marathons" a month to run.

Someone just announced on our TeamRWB members page that runkeeper is updating ilovetorun.org now.

I don't use it unless on the trails and it's dead of winter here...so I didn't check into it.

The I Love to Run 1000 mile thing is a walk/run challenge IIRC.  Personally, when the weather warms and backpacking starts up again, I intend to count those miles.  Plus, once a year, I walk from my house in Cleveland to my brother's place in Akron on what we call "The Towpath Trail."  It's about 30 miles and I'll definitely add that to my total when the time comes.

In the meantime, there's a 52-minute 10k on the treadmill in my immediate future.

ETA: Got there and just decided to keep going

7.14 / 83.22

Been in Laredo, Texas for the past 10 day's.

Wasn't able to run much. Got a few 5+ milers in..was nice, the 80 degree sunny weather. Its in the teens here, blowing wind and dark grey skies

I am only at 77.29.

Home now and able to hit it more and again.

When I run out of doors I use the mapmyrun app.  When indoors I use the treadmill's data.
