I signed up for one at I Love To Run.
I figured with all the OCR's and other races/ events I do, might as well get something else out of the training and the miles. It's a neat site. Got my first 3.05 Miles in today. ETA: If anyone else is, lets IM profiles so we can be accountability partners/ moto/ etc. |

I'm in. It was a goal of mine anyway.
But I don't want to join another site. 3.43 today / 6.84 on the year |

Im not worried about my pace, just time on feet for the miles. The rest will come. How often ya gonna update? |
|
I'll update daily or every time I run. I'm on here daily anyway.
Today: 3.65 / 10.49 ETA: Damn. I thought I was an early bird. |

Glad to see a few of us in..
I banged out 8.02 today. Started off with an 8:54 pace..ended on a 7:30 pace. House was empty, had Hellyeah and Slayer cranked on the treadmill. My Nordictrac did an update today, had some new maps and routes. Love the tread.. 23.15/1000 Here is something interesting; we are going to run the distance of 38.17 Marathons this year |

Wait-a-minute.... You count TREADMILL -MILES ?
Hell, I may as well count my NIKE-Fit miles, just walking around I make 4 or 5 miles every day, if my telephone is in my pocket. |

No running this week because I'm recovering from the onset of achilles tendinitis... again

If you can run 5k (3.1 miles) a day you can skip 42 days and still make 1000 miles / yr. You can catch up! View Quote View All Quotes View All Quotes Quoted:

It's been amusing to play with the numbers..I need a tad more than 6 miles for my "second marathon"..thats only 3.16 "Marathons" a month to run. |

Banged out 4.50 today.... 57.96.

View Quote Someone just announced on our TeamRWB members page that runkeeper is updating ilovetorun.org now. I don't use it unless on the trails and it's dead of winter here...so I didn't check into it. |
