What is a good rotation for body weight only exercises?

Push ups, dips, sit ups, pull ups, chin ups, planks, elliptical, etc.

I was doing the 100 pushups app, and making good progress, when I hurt my shoulder because of improper technique.  I took a week off, and re-started doing them slowly and with my elbows tucked up close to my body.  I don't want to fuck up anything else by grouping the wrong exercises together.  I have been watching and reading a lot on proper form for the exercises as well.  But I have not really found a good answer on what exercises to do in what order.

If any one has a good week long schedule I am all ears.  I am old so I am just trying to get back in shape before I consider a gym.  Thanks
