I've got a combatives class coming up next month.  I need a cup and mouthguard.  What do you guys suggest?

I use Shock Doctor compression shorts and their cup. It seems to work pretty well and isn't as uncomfortable as others I've tried.

I also use a Shock Doctor Gel Max mouth guard, it works fine but to be honest I use it because it was given to me.

My son uses the Shock Doc dick defensive device. He likes it. Says it's comfortable.
